description General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 - Object
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all commercial relations between Lannkin France SAS and its professional customers. They apply to any order for water meters, IoT sensors, software platforms, and associated services offered by Nordia Precision.
Article 2 - Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros excluding taxes (VAT) and are ex-works (EXW Incoterms 2020). Rates are reviewable annually and are subject to a personalized quote based on requested volumes and configurations. Any quote is valid for 30 days from its date of issue.
Article 3 - Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer according to the following conditions: 30% on order, 70% before shipment, unless specific credit agreement. Any late payment automatically entails the application of late payment penalties at the ECB rate plus 10 points, as well as a flat-rate indemnity of 40 EUR for collection costs.
